BSNL INTERNET SERVICES.

ONE OF THE MOST POOR SERVICE IN THE WORLD,

 THE WORST THING ABOUT BSNL IS THE RESPONSE WE GET FROM THOSE GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, FIRST OF ALL , THEY HARDLY LISTEN TO WHAT WE SAY,THEY TREAT US AS A BEGGAR ,AS IF WE ARE USING THE INTERNET FREE OF COST.

MY STORY:
  I HAVE A BSNL CONNECTION.
 I RECEIVE THE MONTHLY BILL ON TIME, BUT I COULD HARDLY USE THAT INTERNET MORE THAN 3-4 DAYS A MONTH , REASON MOST OF THE TIMES IT'S DOWN, EVEN FOR SMALL FAULTS THE TECHNICIAN TAKES 1 WEEK TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE.

I HAD SUBMITTED A LETTER TO CHANGE MY PLAN FROM 2250 TO 599 , THREE MONTHS AGO , BUT I DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HELL THAT LETTER WENT, I STILL GET THE BILL OF 2250, I SHIFTED MY ADDRESS AND I DON'T HAVE BSNL CONNECTED YET BUT YES I DO RECEIVE THE BILL .
